KAREVitals’ complimentary concierge will connect to your EHR, and automatically identify patients who are eligible for the remote patient monitoring program, and perform patient consent and training. 3. Respond to critical alerts. The system ensures that patients are testing daily. Notifications about abnormal readings will be sent to you for urgent attention.

4. Review patient data. KAREVitals’ generates data from your patient’s device to your Practitioner’s Portal Account. Every month, we email you to review your patient's data and to make sure you meet the Medicare requirements for billing.
